Phú Thọ
Phú Thọ is a mountainous region in the Red River Catchment and is made up of many industrial parks. Mining and mineral processing are common economic activities that drive development in the region. It has a population of around 1.37 million, of which is made up of approximately 34 ethnic groups.
Climate Change poses many issues here, as the rivers have a steep slope, meaning the water rushes back quickly, causing big floods. Heavy rain, local rain in many areas exceeded historical milestones. This is exhaerbated as unseasonal rain (such as earlier rain and late rain) that goes beyond that which are typically expected.
